Meet Stu the Butcher

Originally from Sawtell on the NSW Mid-north Coast, Stu relocated to Sydney at age 13 and starting his butchering career at the ripe age of 16.

With over 25 years experience as an old school style of butcher, Stu enjoys the process of breaking meat into their primals, ensuring absolute quality every time. Stu enjoys developing new and delicious meal ideas that are quick, easy and require nothing more than an oven or barbecue.

If he’s not shop front in Mosman, he can be found spending time with family and friends, visiting his family property in Eccleston, or having a beer and watching the footy.

3rd Generation Family Owned Business

For the last 5 decades Stu’s family have owned a small beef producing property in Eccleston. This lush and fertile grassing land sits at the foot of the Barrington Tops in NSW. These country roots have provided him with a strong connection between paddock to plate.

 

Our Produce

All of our produce is hand selected and curated to ensure we consistently provide the freshest and flavoursome products . We partner with local suppliers to ensure we know where our meat comes from, how it’s farmed, processed and delivered from straight from the farm to your table.
